1. Shading and Crazing
A degree of shading and crazing is inherent in the manufacturing of Ceramic Tiles and fixing should not be undertaken unless an acceptable blend of shade cannot be obtained.

No responsibility will be accepted for shading or quality once the tiles have been fixed.

Customers must seek to order the correct quantity for their requirements, as Tile Village cannot guarantee an exact match to previous orders.

2. Shortage or Damage Claims
No claim for shortages will be met unless specified at the time of delivery or collection. Items ordered should be checked within 48 hours of the delivery. No claim for damaged goods will be considered once the 48 hours has passed.

3. Returns – In Store
Tile Village will not refund any goods correctly supplied to the purchaser, however, if Tile Village does agree to accept back any goods, items must returned within 14 days of purchase, and must be in original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale. (Please note, Tile Village reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25%.)

Special Orders, Decor tiles, Borders and Mosaic tiles are non-refundable and will not be accepted back for credit.

4. Returns – Online Orders
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Once you have notified us you will have 14 days from that date to return the full order. Returns are at the buyers cost. Any damaged or unboxed tiles will not be refunded.

5. Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items
Goods must be examined prior to assembly or fixing. Tile Village will not accept any responsibility for faulty items, or goods not complying with the purchasers requirements once they have been fixed.

6. Customer Measurements and Calculations
Tile Village are happy to assist customers with estimating quantities from measurements provided, however, we cannot always be 100% accurate and we are therefore unable to take ANY responsibly for over and under estimations.

7. Labour Claims
Tile Village does not accept any claims for any labour charges whatsoever.
